Chief Operating Officer (COO)
The COO at Fairbairn Consult works closely with the CEO to develop financial goals, optimize performance, and drive the company’s growth. The COO is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the company, which requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the financial advisory industry to enhance client satisfaction and achieve operational excellence.
Without limiting the scope of the role, key responsibilities include:
· Being the 2IC to the CEO and taking full responsibility for running the company in the CEO’s absence
· Developing and implementing operational strategies
· Ensuring the efficiency of business procedures
· Effectively implementing systems and processes to ensure compliance with all laws, regulations and company / group policies
· Successfully engaging a broad range of stakeholders
· Building and maintaining a high-performing engaged culture within a diverse team that is fully aligned to the company’s values

The COO reports directly to the CEO and all operations and compliance staff report into the COO.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in financial services, specifically in financial advisory industry
- Relevant qualifications (or close to completion)
- Key Individual (or close to qualification)

Administration Specialist
An Administration Specialist at Fairbairn Consult works as part of the Operations Team. The role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong attention to detail and a can-do mentality.
In addition, the role requires successful engagement with a broad range of stakeholders, as well as building and maintaining a high-performing engaged culture within a diverse team that is fully aligned to the company’s values.
Without limiting the scope of the role, key responsibilities include:
· Management support re data management
· Product provider contracts
· Advisor relationship
· On and off boarding advisors
· Service provider contracts
· Seed Analytics engagement
· AML and RMCP support to management
· Operational support to management
· Advisor Commission and Debt management
